Technique Club
As it's name suggests, this club is all about learning stamping techniques! Over time, you'll build up a fantastic technique portfolio, with step-by-step instructions plus a completed sample made by you! You'll also learn how to put these techniques into practice by creating projects at each meeting using your newly learned technique.
Can't make the meeting? Not a problem - either collect your missed packs in person, or download the technique from this site. You can also be a virtual member & just download the techniques. You'll miss out on the fun of being taught the technique & making the projects, but you'll still get the step-by-step instructions & photos of some great samples.
How the Club Works
There are 2 types of member - full club members & virtual members.
Full Club Members - There is a £5 joining fee, which gives you club membership, plus a folder to store & organise your techniques. This is payable either before or at your 1st club meeting.
The club meets on the 2nd Tuesday of each month, 7-9.30pm, in Timperley. Places must be booked in advance. Upcoming meetings are listed on our Workshop Schedule page. To reserve your place, you need to log into our calendar system. If you already have a profile, click here to log in. If you haven't got a profile, click here to contact us to request a profile.
At the meeting, you will receive step-by-step instructions & you'll make a sample to attach to your instructions & file in your folder. You'll then make some projects using the technique you've just learned. The cost per monthly meeting is £10, which includes refreshments, printed instructions, page protector (for filing) & all materials & equipment needed to make the sample & projects. You'll also receive full tuition on how to perform the technique.
Should you miss a meeting, you can still catch up on what you missed by ordering a technique pack from me for £5 (full members only). The pack includes your page protector, the printed instructions & the materials (as in card, brads, ribbon, etc.) needed to make the sample & the projects. You won't receive the tuition or the consumables used in the project (eg. inks), but you will be able to look at the projects made & have any questions answered.
Virtual Members - No joining fee - but therefore no folder, or any other benefits received by full members. Just pay to download each technique as it appears on the site. Techniques will not be published until they have been taught at the monthly club. The download includes step-by-step instructions & photos of some great samples. The price per download is £2.50.
